*Though we try to describe all items accurately, we will not be held responsible for cataloging errors. Absentee bidding is permitted by phone, fax, or email. Absentee bids are due 12 hours prior to the auction. Absentee bids may be faxed 609-426-8850. All bidders must register and provide ID prior to viewing lots.

*Buyers Premium: All successful bids are charged a 13% buyer’s premium with a 3% discount for Cash. Other payment options are Major Credit Cards, Cash, Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, or a Pre-Approved Personal Check. Checks must be Pre-Approved or the merchandise will be held for 5-7 Business days for clearing.

*By bidding in this auction, the buyer agrees to hold Empire Auctions, It’s Employees, & Owners and Auctioneer harmless for any item graded, un-graded, certified, or un-certified, or described by a 3rd. party grading service and presented as any lot within this catalogue. All bid sheets must be signed and dated. All terms and conditions must be accepted, when bidding in this auction. The Auctioneer reserves the right to set bidding increments. Shipping, handling & postal insurance will be added for the lots delivered by mail. It is unlawful for bidders to collude, pool, or agree with another bidder to pay less than the fair value for a lot. Bidders in the sale acknowledge that the law provides for substantial penalties for those who violate these provisions.
